Buyer of Direct Material
BantenResponsibilities:
- To Implement the strategy to meet the expected target
- Handle operational of fulfillment (order PR-PO-Receiving- Pay)
- Support manager on purchasing administration
- To do adequate processes, procedures and systems for Direct Material
- To Implement the strategy and Ensure meeting the expectation target
- To Conduct The Best Practice Purchasing Excellence - (Bidding, Transparency, Contract, SES, Audit, Visit and etc) -
- Handle operational of fulfillment (order PR-PO-Receiving- Pay)
- Handle Purchasing Administration efficient and effectively
- Training and self development
- Purchasing Report
- Supplier Negotiation
- Supplier Sourcing, bidding and contract
- PO Administration
Requirements:
- S1 Degree on Food Technologist , Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering
- More than 4 years solid experience in purchasing related to Direct Material (Pack and Raw Material) at supervisor level.
- Has experience in contract both writing and management
- MS Office and relevant SAP experience
- FMCG experience is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with overseas suppliers
