The Company's core business is engaged in sugar industry with contributions 16 - 18% of national production. The Company is based in East Java Region and its head office is located in Surabaya. The Company supported by 2 business units, namely sugar mill business unit, and spiritus & alcohol business unit. PTPN XI Sugar Mill business units operates 16 sugar mills spread in Ngawi, Magetan, Madiun, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Jember, Situbondo, and Bondowoso. PTPN XI spiritus and alcohol plant located in Lumajang under the name of PASA Djatiroto. The Company also operates 1 Sacks factory, namely PK Rosella Baru located in Surabaya.

S1 Mechanical Engineering - majoring in Energy Conversion (GMM - 135)
S1 Agriculture Engineering - majoring in Agricultural Mechanization (GMT - 135)
S1 Agriculture - majoring in Agronomy, Pests & Diseases Plants, Soil Science (GMP - 135)

General Requirements

Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
Male with max age 28 years old in 31 December 2012
GPA min 2.75 (PTN), and 3.00 (PTS)
Healthy physical and spiritual, not color blind
Have a good behaviour
Willing to be placed in the working area of PTPN XI
