Credit Control Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for organizing, development, and implementation Collection Programs to increase collection performance. Coordinating with internal and external parties for each collection program

Requirements:

Male/Female
Minimum S-1 Degree in Economics from State-Owned/Best Private University (min GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale)
Have min. 5 years experience in Collection / Credit Control with last position as “Collection / Credit Control Assistant Manager"
Have working experience in Collection Dept. of Leasing Company is a plus
Advance in MS Office
Proficient in English both oral & written
Target oriented
Strong leadership; Able to manage people as team
Good communication skill with any level
Highly initiative, dynamic, good analytical skill, honest, able to work under pressure condition
