Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be assigned to help growing the business of Automotive Aftermarket Division by initiating selling process for specific automotive body repair accounts and automotive service centers in designated territories, visit: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/3MAutomotive/Aftermarket/

Main Responsibilities:

* Understanding of customer internal processes, understanding of 3M products, performing demonstrations on 3M product capabilities
* Developing and managing relationship with accounts
* Building and maintaining distribution channel
* Closing the deal and managing issues related to the assigned accounts and distributor
* Assisting in developing and managing distributor’s sales force assigned to 3M or 3M own’s contract sales reps.
* The person is also required to provide information that is needed by the Division in relation to market situation, sales trend, competition and customers.

Requirements:

* Education: S1, Engineering degree preferably Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
* Prev. Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year working experience. Sales experience in selling automotive or automotive-repair related products is an advantage.
* Miscellaneous: Physically fit for outdoor/field work, willing to travel to designated territories regularly.Language: English proficiency is average
