Money Laundering Prevention Officer

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Provide annual work plan for company money laundering prevention & KYCP implementation program
Develop, maintain & enhance batch system screening for monitoring
Provide regular AML-KYC training & material
Perform regular & adhoc AMIL compliance review
Perform review on SOP/procedure/policy
Prepare reporting to BOD & group compliance

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 3 years experience in AML/KYC/Compliance
Fluent in english both oral & written and computer literate
Have audit skill is an advantage
Mature, detail & good interpersonal skill

IT Security Officer

Responsibilities:

To assure that information created, acquired or maintained by company and its authorized users, is used in accordance with its intended purpose. And to protect company information and its infrastructure from external or internal threats; also to assure that company complies with statutory and regulatory requirement regarding information access, security and privacy.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, from Information Technology
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have Certification (CEH / CISA / CISSP / CISM) and has knowledge of ITIL standard & IT security tools
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution.
Additional value if have knowledge of ISO-IEC 17799 and ISO-IEC 27001

Compliance Administrator

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Responsible to handling document administration in compliance department, administer incoming & outgoing letter,
Perform Anti Money Laundering daily screening and its screening clearance, follow up any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) dan Cash Transaction Report (CTR), arrange itinerary schedule & adhoc job relate with the division.

Requirements:

Female with bachelor degree any field
Have similar experience at least 2 years in financial institution
Fluent in English both oral & written and excellent in MS office
Good communication skills, fast learner and eager to learn
