IT Business Analyst

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Assist user on gathering user requirement on building BRD
Formulize functional design
Coordinate project progress to project stakeholders & IT Development team
Conduct & coordinate SIT & UAT (positive and negative)
Documenting all projects paper works
Coordinate ad-hoc issue requests as well as system investigation request with close coordination with IT Development team
Perform product management setup

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
minimum 3 -4 years as BA or IT Project Manager
Excellent IT Project Management skill
Strong understanding in SDLC
Good understanding / experience in system migration and/ or system integration projects
Good technical documentation skill
Good presentation skill
preferably in Insurance industry, has good Bancassurance knowledge
preferable has background as Developer or System Analyst

Organizing, budgeting & executing CIGNA event for Business Partner also event with Media partner
Maintaining Relationship with Public Relation Consultant, vendor, supplier & agency
Develop marketing concept with Public Relation Consultant, agency & Business Unit for Business Partner
Supervising the agency & Public Relation Consultant for making the marketing program
Develop concept with agency for merchandising in – branch
Planning & Budgeting corporate gimmic for Business Partners, media, and customer in a year
Controlling & maintaining the Brand “ awareness “ & positioning of CIGNA

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
6 year(s) of working experience with at least 3 years experience as Marketing Communication or Public Relation. Experience in Insurance Industry or Financial Institution
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
Having strong exposures towards marketing trends, initiatives, media and network

Consumer Research Assistant Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in research agency
Strong knowledge and capability on digging consumer insight
Have experience in Research Agency handling Quantitative and / or Qualitative Research (both as researcher & moderator)
