Call Center Staff

Responsibilities:

Contacting and interacting with customer as needed
Follow up customer inquiries to internal party
Monitor call center in trend
Summarize call center activities

Requirements:

Single, 24 – 30 years old
Diploma degree
Having more than 1 years experience in the same related field, preferably having customer handling / call center background
Having a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, able to work in team
Fluent in English
Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
Having big interest in automotive

Call Center SPV

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop several call agents
Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Evaluate agents performance
Deal directly with customer either by telephone or email
Ensure all call center activity are complete and update

Requirements:

Male, Single, Age between 25-30 years old
Holding a Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Having at least 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
Having good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
Having good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive
