Group Secretary

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine secretarial (i.e. correspondence, preparing memo, etc) and office administration activities effectively in order to support designated division in performing the day-to-day operational activities effectively and timely.

Requirements:

Female
Holding at least a D3 Degree from a reputable Secretarial Academy
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Having at least 3 years experience as a division/department secretary
Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Having excellent knowledge in Administration and Secretarial work
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office application)
Having basic accounting knowledge skills
attractive appearance and pleasant personality
Able to work independently
