General Affair Staff / Administration Staff (Code: GA/ADM)

Requirements:

Female, Single with ages between 21 – 27 years old
Minimum D3 in any major, min. IPK 2.75
At least 1 – 2 years experience as General Affair or Admin
Have experience particularly in the field of travel or travel tickets to value-added
Excellent in English both oral & written
Proficient with computers especially for MS Office (MS Work, Excel, Power Point and
Outlook) and comfortable with using office equipment like fax machines, copiers and
scanners
Good inter-person skill and communication skill
Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team
player
Good appearance, highly self motivated with a good working attitude
Able to work under pressure, quick response, time deadline and overtime
Can join immediately

Secretary (Assistant Director) (Code: SEC)

Requirements:

Female, max 30 year old
Min D3 Secretary
Minimal have 1 year experience in secretary
Have good experience in Tender process in Oil and Gas industry
Should be fluent in English and have skills in computer: power point presentations / fast typing / Visio /word /excel / email
Good inter-person skill and communication skill
Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team player

Requirements:

Female or Male max 28 year old
Min D3 Tax / Accounting
Minimal have 1 year experience in taxation position or in tax consultant firm
Held Brevet A & B Certificate
Familiar with E-SPT
