Training & Development Officer (Code : TDO)

Requirements:

Male / Female, with maximum age 30 years old
Minimum S1 from reputable University majoring in Psychology, Management or Human Resources Management.
Having minimum of 1 year experience in HR Training Area
Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
Good analytical skills and detail oriented
Able in working individually and within a team
Fluent in English both oral and written
